so very simple

It really doesn't take much for a bunch of children to have fun. Fresh air, sunshine,
a walk to the park, a playground, energy .... and squeals of laughter!

Fabulous way to start the new year -- thinking of little ones!

  3. What better way to spend a mild winter afternoon? I love to see children playing without any 'agenda' - just running, climbing, making up their own games.
The shoe shot is lovely - what a good card it would make!

  7. Alex never passes a park without wanting to stop and play. You are so right... they can enjoy themselves with such simple pleasures... and we in turn enjoy theirs. ;) Beautiful, beautiful photos, Dotsie. One of these days I am going to have to learn to make mosaics. I just love yours. blessings ~ tanna

  8. So true. I remember when ours were small and they would rather have a pot and spoon to play with than any new toys in the room. That is until the Barbies came along.

  11. Podso,
Oh...the squeals of litllte girls! I'd almost forgotten the joy of that sound from my days as a day care provider. Getting the children out of doors in January is always a treat here on the Prairie! Looks as if they had a memorable day!
    Fondly,
