There are signs that spring is on its way, but nothing like these photos show.
These photos, now made into "notecards," were all on my blog in years past,
which makes me realize how far behind our spring is this year.
which makes me realize how far behind our spring is this year.
These are gorgeous spring photos for notecards. I'd sure buy a set of them. And if your spring is late I guess ours will be later. :) Have a lovely afternoon.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos.
ReplyDeleteI was playing tennis this morning with my regular group and we were laughing that it is still actually winter yet it feels like summer. We all said our flowers are totally confused about when to bloom.
California looks like that! In fact we barely had a winter at all, which is a blessing in some way, but then again we are in the middle of a drought and we needed snow in the mountains and rain in the valley. Hope you see some signs of spring soon!
ReplyDeleteSome lovely shots! I especially like the tree-lined lane. Is that your street? Any signs of Spring here are covered in snow at the moment.
ReplyDeleteReally lovely images! My favorites are the first one with the flowering crabapple, and the last one with the colorful shrubs (? azaleas). I think we are all ready to see some of this beauty again.
ReplyDeleteLovely memories of spring and like you I'm waiting patiently for it. Well, trying to anyway. ;-)
ReplyDeleteWe're all waiting for spring, milady, and your Spring Views make me all the more hungry for it!! Lovely green roadway - my favorite of these four, I think. Would love a drive there wearing a lightweight sweater rather than my heavy coat, ya know?
ReplyDeleteJoy!
Kathy
Dotsie...I love your springy note card photos! The first one I think is my fave. Anything that was blooming here has been covered with a glaze of ice...all day long. I am sooo ready to see some color!
ReplyDeleteDotsie,
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures. The flowering trees are something I miss from Maine.

I am so smiling at your title, as I have been turning every nook and cranny for signs of spring, your photos are so beautiful and would make such lovely notecards, thanks for sharing and thank you for visiting me and taking the time to comment.
ReplyDeleteThese are such pretty photos and they make me even more anxious for spring to arrive. Where is it??!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
So beautiful! Spring is a few days away on the calender but I think it will arrive late in many places this year!
ReplyDeleteGreat note cards, but I want to travel into each picture. They could be an advertisement for a tour of Spring.
ReplyDeleteLovely!!!
Beautiful images and great choices for Vee's party!
ReplyDeleteOHMYGOODNESS...so pretty, I believe I'll take a couple boxes...:)
ReplyDeleteFun party...

So beautiful! I'm looking forward to seeing such sights IRL!
ReplyDeleteGoing to try to become a new follower now...it didn't work yesterday. :(
Spring views...how perfect! Everyone is in the mood for Spring right now. I saw azaleas blooming at the park today. Wonder how they will look in water colors! hahaha! Sweet hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful it is going to be once it arrives. It certainly has been crazy this year. Your corner looks so charming...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful signs of spring. I sure hope spring is coming this year, although we had more snow today.
ReplyDeleteSpring will be there before you know it! :)
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful spring scenes- we are all so fed up with this long long winter. Spring can't come soon enough. Thanks for these lovely photos to remind us all it WILL come...
ReplyDeleteGorgeous images of springs past. Hopefully it won't be long before you'll see these sights again.
ReplyDeleteGoodness ... you have some real Spring beauty to look forward to! Gorgeous images. Spring is behind. The azalea tour was the first weekend in March and I don't think there was one azalea in town that was blooming. Spring break this week and next week I'll hit the streets with the camera for "my" azalea tour!
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful, Dotsie! I'm so ready for spring -- such a long winter. You made good selections for your note cards, my friend.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful day. :)
Blessings,
Denise
Great Spring Pics!
ReplyDeleteYour Spring photos are gorgeous. These images make me want to go there. Your note cards are beautiful and just what I wanted to see.
ReplyDeleteKaren
Oh I can't wait either...we have a few green shoots for daffodils peeking up now!
ReplyDeleteLeann
Dotsie, just reading through to catch up today... I miss my blog friends when I am gone... and wonder what is going on in there lives... Spring is delayed here... and lots of ice a couple of weeks ago put some things out of the picture for this year... I am longing for the warm days... we get teases of them!
ReplyDeleteI have wondered about the Gardeners travel... I hope all is well with him. Yes, each day is a gift.
I'd love one of those angel food cupcakes right about now. hee hee. sending hugs and prayers for blessings ~ tanna
ps I refuse to comment on the broccoli incident on grounds it might incriminate me. ;)
Oh, such beautiful "signs" these are! You are a talented photographer!
ReplyDeleteCome, spring!
I am loving these spring photos Podso! And....I must try the angel food cupcakes! Thank you so much for sharing your day!
ReplyDeleteLovely images. Sending warm wishes your way, Tammy
ReplyDeleteHow clever to make note cards from your photos…they are lovely. We still have snow on the ground here….spring flowers will definitely be late this year.
