wmsbg glimpses

My younger sister, known as lulu on this blog, has a good eye with her camera, and I love it when she emails me photos. She knows I enjoy visiting Williamsburg, so when she went there earlier this year, she sent me some of her favorite photos. You'll see a good number of window images; we love windows. So, of course, I put them in a mosaic. I find it very relaxing to create that way.

See Little Red House for more fun mosaics.

  2. Wonderful mosaic. I love the windows too. The wigs on the shelf are pretty cool, were they called wigs back in colonial times?
    Great mosaic.

  17. When we lived in Virginia Beach - we visited quite often to Williamsburg. These photos bring back quite a bit of memories, that and we just watched the John Adams miniseries (Revolutionary War time frame). What a life folks lived back then.
