end of year

So the 14 fit nicely in our dining room and we enjoyed a festive evening together
as we celebrated the end of a year of our mentorship group. I was thrilled that all the
flowers that made up the tiny bouquets in assorted jars were all from our garden.
We gave each girl a journal and we printed up menus "just for fun." I put
photos of them in tiny frames to make place cards.
We mentors all contributed to the meal and it was delicious.
We are all looking forward to next year and already making plans.
We might tackle some bread making and knitting among other things!

  11. As I am looking at the table of "mature" women I am thinking about the wisdom and graciousness there! I would have loved to have had a mentor! Podso, whoever you got to mentor was one blessed girl!

  15. WOW! Beautiful table, so classy and lovely! And holy smokes your table holds a lot of diners! That's awesome, I would just love that.

My largest table holds 10 tops and that is a tight fit on the sides.

  16. What a great idea! Can you tell me more about your ages, how often you meet, what kinds of things you do? I'm wondering if I could adapt this someway for older missionary women to mentor younger missionary women.
