I loved the great food, wow the colors are wonderful and the photography of course is beautiful...I do think the color makes such a difference, I think we eat with our eyes sometimes...Phyllis
My eating habits include colours of the rainbow so if I only saw in black and white, not sure how healthy I'd be. Good example of colourful foods. Judith
I think we eat with our eyes before it gets anywhere near our mouths!
A wonderful mosaic of food in full colour! The icing on your cake is a work of art. However I'm more tempted by the fruit salad - I can almost taste those watermelon balls from here!
I just love food mosaics. They make the food so appealing. You did a wonderful job the way you put these shots together. Yes, color really does enhance the inevitability of the foods. genie
Wonderful captures of food! I'm thinking of food photography this month because of Donna's next photo challenge. I have some truly unappetizing photos of food on my blog. Not you!
Great post, Dotsie, and what an interesting thought! I hadn't considered that about dog food, but I think you're right that they see in black and white.
I love pretty and colorful food, and I love to see it displayed on pretty dishes or in pretty containers. Your mosaics are just lovely!
Awesome!! The colours of the food make fantastic mosaics. Have a great week:)

ReplyDeleteDon't the experts say you eat with your eyes first and if the plate is colourful you will have a better appetite. Beautiful. Valerie
ReplyDeleteSure does - interesting to see them together like that, REALLY does make the hugest difference, funny huh?
ReplyDeleteI need to get ugly grey plates so I eat less, seriously.
